Shark Bay Resouces
Salt Wash Plant Upgrade

Plant and Infrastructure Engineering was contracted by Shark Bay Resources to review pilot plant testwork with a view to upgrade their existing Salt Washplant. The new plant would provide increased throughput, similar recoveries, a more reliable plant and increased life expectancy. The Project developed into a full design, construction and commissioning. The design incorporates potential for later addition of unit processes to further increase recovery.

Sea Water Upgrade

Plant and Infrastructure was appointed to Design,Engineer, Supply,Construct and manage the Seawater upgrade at Onslow Salt. Project involved pump upgrades, new pipe systems, new ponds and new pump stations.

Crystalliser Expansion

Plant and infrastructure Engineering was engaged by Onslow Salt to supervise the Crystalliser expansion project. The project increased the number Crystalliser Ponds by three, adding an additional 180 hectares.

Shark Bay Resouces Port Upgrade

Plant and Infrastructure Engineering was engaged by Shark Bay Resouces to Project Manage the design and supply of the Salt Shiploader as part of the upgrade of the Port handling facilities. PIE also commissioned the shiploader, gangway and reclaim system.

Onslow Salt Pty Ltd Salt Wash Plant Upgrade

Due to the results of testwork on Onslow product during design of the Salt Wash Plant at Shark Bay, Plant and Infrastructure was commissioned to Design and Construct the replacement washplant at Onslow Salt.

Runruno Gold
Molybdenum Project

Plant and Infrastructure Engineering carried out the process design for the 2.5Mtpa Runruno Biox gold project. FCF Minerals decided on a self execute model for construction where PIE provides Engineering management, Project controls, Contracts and Project Management, Commissioning and support services.
